I agree with Cristian Gafton's idea. For us, it means we'll have modify our
egcs 1.0.3a source to produce just the libstdc++2.8 and libg++2.8 library
packages (for section: oldlibs) to provide backward compatibility.
I see no reason to build other packages from egcs 1.0.3a .
