The tipa package is in experimental for the simple reason that I could
not get the author to modify the copyright to be DFSG-compliant. It is
not because he does not want to do it in principle, but because he
reacts very slowly to my requests. As slink will be frozen soon, I will
try to get this issue solved ASAP. I hope that Adam will be able to
repackage jadetex with T3 inclusion, as soon as I succeed to upload tipa
to slink.
