 What we need is a general way to transfer selection packages for packages
being replaced. Users of `popclient' saw their program dissappear, just
because it was renamed to `fetchmail'. Perhaps something like:

Package: nfs-server
Implied-by: netbase (< x.x)

 This header would only be used by package selection UIs (like apt).
