netstd and ssh(d)

	first, it's notable there is no easy way to remove portmap &
mountd without a bit of hassling. perhaps the netstd postinst should do
this, or a package split, maybe?

	similarly, the ssh package makes sshd run upon start up. perhaps
this should be a postinst or a separate package?
