Not necessarily - it may be voltage/overheating or seating problems with
memory as opposed to actual faults with the chips themselves - try running
those tests continuously for 12+ Hrs - then see what happens.

Quite possibly because the CPUs don't live up to their stated P-II
or Pentium equivalent speeds (eg the M-II 300 is apparently 5%[?] slower
than a real P-II 300, vs AMD K6-2 at 0.01% or less according to
tomshardwareguide.com). Apart from that, they are quite decent.
