Radu Duta and XOSView

I sent off an e-mail to Radu Duta (rduta@debian.org) yesterday asking
him what the status was on his XOSView package, since the current one
doesn't work with the later 2.1 kernels and has some nifty improvements,
and the last activity on the file was a non-maintainer release made in
January. Checking the bug system, I noticed also that there are a
number of bugs that have been sitting around for quite some time as well
without any form of comment. I still haven't gotten an answer from him,
but in the mean time I downloaded, compiled and packaged the latest
version. Since I have a suspicion that Mr. Duta is no longer with the
project, if there aren't any objections and this isn't considered
inappropriate, I'll take over maintainership of XOSview and upload a new
package in a few days.
