intent to package r-pdl

	r-pdl:  under DFSG free PDL license .
	
	r-pdl is perl module for use with PDL, the perl data language.  
It is an interface to statistical functions from the 'R' statistics
package. The functions return deviates, values and integrals from many
probability distributions.
