Looking at the recent log files, the latest one has finished is 23:26 BST

I'd go for mirroring after midnight.

BTW when an rsync run from master is in progress, a file:

  Archive-Update-in-Progress-open.hands.com

is created in the debian/ directory --- If it's there, you're too early.

If you get the impression that the uk mirror really is getting out of sync, 
mail me, describing the symptoms and I'll try to track down what's occurring.
