OFFERING gnuplot & LEAVING project

hello gang:

i'm starting to have no spare time for debian development due to some
personal reasons.  therefore i'd rather leave the project.

1) i'm offering my one-and-only debian package (math/gnuplot) to those
who would like to maintain it.  it is a pretty stand-alone package
and, as such, is quite easy to maintain.

2) you can cancel my account on master, etc.

i'll happily continue using debian, though.
