What if I changed /bin/sh to look out for the lcs-validate shell script,
and just return the success message, rather than actually interpret it ?
How does the licence help against that ?
Clearly the script must have an approved procedure that goes with it, that
must be followed to show conformance. If that procedure includes a check
against the master site for md5sum checks, then there is no need for the silly
licence.
As it stands, the licence puts it in non-free --- Is that what you want Dale ?
