Probably a lot from WAIX.
Our telstra link is very congested at the moment :( We're going to
be upgrading it soon.
Our WAIX (WA Internet Exchange) link is good though :)

Yeah I use mirror.aarnet for my day job (Health Dept) as they aren't
a member of WAIX (stupid govt)
