Intent to package: wmtime, wmmon and artist

WMTime display date and time. WMMon monitors CPU load.
WMTime and WMMon are intended for use in the WindowMaker dock but can of
course be used by other window managers.

Artist is an Emacs lisp package that allows you to draw lines,
rectangles and ellipses by using your mouse and/or keyboard. The
shapes are made up with the ascii characters |, -, / and \.
