Could we quickly get all these modified to not install both elib and
cvs-pcl?  Installing both will screw up any dselect run, and leave the
machine in a state where all the emacsen are half-installed, and can't
easily be purged.

This should go into stable (or stable-fixed) as well as unstable.


(The real fix will be forthcoming in about a week if I can get it
