Um, not if it's GPLed. The GPL says that the "complete corresponding
machine-readable source code" you supply must be "distributed under the
terms of Sections 1 and 2 above", and section 1 contains the "You may
charge a fee..." clause.
Effectively, then, everything going into any GPLed binary that we
distribute must have licencing terms compatible with sections 1 and 2
of the GPL.
