Not really. It elides some information. The things that break
circularity:
a) Debian is not majority of Linux installation, so
conceivablysomething that is not part of Debian may still be on a
majority of Linux installations, and
b) I did not mewntion the reasons that Qt is not a part of Debian --
in any case, the reason is not because Qt is not a major
component.
In other words, I fail to see, really, how this is a circular
argument.
