The author for the GPLed code is the KDE team. Right?
Stephan Kulow is a member of the core KDE team. Right?
Stephan has said this (which is recorded in the bugtracking system)
"And I (as the source maintainer of KDE and part of the KDE core team)
give debian with this letter the permission to release KDE as
binary."
Someone - Phil or Raul, I guess, but I lost it somehow - wrote a
similar paragraph that has to be added to the license. I don't think
it is a problem getting that signed by Coolo. Even if "we" want to
have it signed on paper that's not a problem, I think I could arrange
something.

And to resolve this the license that KDE uses only needs an additional
paragraph, right? *This* should be reported to the KDE team by way of
Coolo so they add it and all parties are happy. Or do I get plain
stupied?
