I've got a multipart and multifile message produced by:
   X-Mailer: Microsoft Internet Mail 4.70.1155  :(

I could decode it only by showpartial (only elm use it - my favourite mutt
don't). But this way is not too inteligent - you must read (go into) all
parts manually even they in separated mbox.

How handle these messages automaticaly?
