Taking over SIAG / PW / EGON



Well, for PW and EGON it would be taken as an "intent to package", but
as they are now part of the SIAG upstream package ...

Well, unfortunately, not yet ;)  As it's being delayed, I'll take the
time to package it.  I already downloaded 2.80, and will have my first
build in not much time.  I did not start to debianize it yet, though -
I'll first get familiar with it and study James' last upload.
