cvs is a standard package in hamm?
The CVS package has no Priority: line in it's control file, and it's
assigned a priority of 'Standard' in the Packages files on the FTP sites.
Do we really want this to be the case? It means that cvs will be installed
by default for everyone, and they will be asked questions in the postinst
about what CVS repository they want to use.
