FWIW, this is one of very very few sign methods which exmh doesn't parse 
correctly without additional help.  The problem is that it tries to 
mime-decode it, but doesn't know what 3Dtext/3Dsign is, so it just tells me 
that the message is in an unknown format at which point I have to tell it not 
to try mime-decoding it...

So what is 3Dsign ?
