Yes, this has been already fixed. emacs20 is now optional and emacs19
is the standard one [ According to people who have tried both, this 
is the best thing to do since emacs19 seems to be more stable ].

But we have still the issue about emacs19-el, which was not standard
in bo and would make a standard hamm install somewhat larger than bo.
