I'm the maintainer of libdbi-perl; it's packaged. I also maintain
libdbd-mysql-perl, and I know someone else maintains libdbd-msql-perl.

libdbd-pgsql-perl would be a welcome addition to the libdbd packages.

I suggest whoever's packaging it take a look at the existing .diff.gzs
for libdbd-mysql-perl and libdbd-msql-perl; they'll save you a lot of
time.
