siag is already packaged. The components are usable seperately.
Currently only the spreadsheet is packaged (under it's name,
siag. He sure does like to make things confusing).
Someone was going to take over the package, but doesn't seem to
have done anything about it. If someone would like to take over
this package, feel free to. I don't have time to do anything with
it.
