Maybe someone should keep posting this to devel and user every
now-and-again. In fact, how about a charter to be posted to each mailing
list every now and again? A 2k email every week might save quite a few
off-topic posts.
We could say what each list is for, and *not* for:
- "newbie" packaging -> debian-mentor
- bo/hamm -> debian-user
- slink -> debian-devel
- policy -> debian-policy
- flamewars -> /dev/null
etc. etc.
