Intent to package - imaptool - A tool to make image maps

I am planning on packaging imaptool for Debian.  Unfortuantely, it does not
come with a copyright notice (http://www.sci.fi/~uucee/ownprojects/).  Its
listing in Yahoo (http://search.yahoo.com/bin/search?p=imaptool) says "100%
freeware".  I have written to the author for clarification.

The only other image map tool that I know of (Boutell's MapEdit -
http://www.boutell.com/mapedit/) is available on a 30 day trial.
