Hi I have been "bugged" by this bug for a while now..I thought I had at least some portion of its cause isolated but..alas it showed up tonight (which if I was right about the suposed cause, it wouldn't have happend) Ok here is what happens: I am in X (in the case tonight...I logged in and used startx and only once ran netscape, everything else has been character mode through XTerm) It all works fine..for a while..then I try to click on another window (I Hate FocusFollowsMouse, I need ClickToFocus) I can drag the window by its title bar, I can briung up menus, even kill the window hitting its close... but I can not give it focus The only way I have found to give it focus is to use the window list restarting fvwm2 doesn't help (other than ClickToFOcus I have made almost no customizations) and am running a hamm system, mostly with packages off a CD I burned about a week before freeze. (I also have an S3ViRGE and am running the S3 server) has anyone else seen this? I checked the bug database for this under xbase, and the s3 server and fvwm2 ...I didn't find any mention of this any ideas?
