Too late, I'm afraid; I am maintaining xpdf-i (with encryption support),
as well as xpdf. xpdf will be in non-free, xpdf-i will be in non-us.

I have not uploaded a new xpdf with my name as maintainer since I have
nothing else to change. I have not yet uploaded xpdf-i to non-us but
will endeavour to do so in the next few days. You can get it
from ftp://ftp.rising.com.au/pub/hamish, though.
