Need help to fix some debmake bugs.

#12443: debmake: uupdate should support pristine sources
I have never used uupdate, so if anyone volunteers, I will accept patches.
Since most tarballs uncompress now into a single directory, it would
ok if uupdate is changed so that it support *only* pristine sources.
(This could be easier).
#16340: debmake: debstd does not recognize uids >64000
This should be trivial for a find wizard which knows a lot about escapes.
I tried it with no success.
