Bug#20445: general: frozen has packages which depend on kernel 2.1.x

	It's ``genromfs'', and it doesn't need a 2.1 kernel.  It's
only needed to _create_ a romfs filesystem, which could be used with a
2.1 kernel or a 2.0 kernel with the appropiate patches.
