Allowing people to change their votes is fine with me, but then the
outcome of the vote will be "no longer in doubt" only after the voting
period closes.
Debian Project Constitution v0.4, 4.2.3:
Votes are secret and taken by the Project Secretary. The voting
period is 2 weeks, but may be varied by up to 1 week by the Project
Leader, and may be ended by the Project Secretary when the outcome
of a vote is no longer in doubt.
