Text version of the Social Contract

     Is there a text version of the Debian Social Contract available? 

     Does anyone know of a utility to convert html to text?

     I am discussing possible copyright changes with an upstream
author, and I would like to mail him a copy of the Social Contract,
including the DFSG.
