I don't have a strong reason for this, I just would like to be able to run a
script at some point to show me all files in /usr that arn't under the
control of dpkg, so I can remove any junk that's seeped in over the years.
I'm sure plenty of other packages touch files in /usr in their postinst's so
don't worry about it.
