Intention to package wmcdplay

wmcdplay is an applet for, you guessed, playing CD's. It's
designed with the WindowMaker look and feel in mind (that means,
it docks!), but it works just as great with any other window
manager. 

The author has expressed his intention to change the copyright to
GPL. (As it stands right now, it's not even a copyright)
