AFAIR, there was little discussion, as nearly noone seemed to be
interested in that font handling :(

Ah, there is a Packages file. Only problem, it is multi-architecture
:(
However, you can now use project/experimental as a valid dist in
dpkg-ftp, since 1.4.9.1... (I added that ;)

Maybe, but I expect dtm to make type1inst obsolete when it is
finished.
