compat also allows you to use stuff like:
+@IN_managers
+:x:::::/bin/false
which only allows users in the IN_managers netgroup. (The others have
their shell remapped to /bin/false and their passwords disabled.) I
don't know how to do this with "files nis" (or if it is possible).
