/usr/share/misc is specified by the FHS (successior to FSSTND) to contain
sharable files that don't warrent a seperate directory. 'magic' is
mentioned by name. I see move value putting the files in /usr/share/misc
than cluttering up /usr/share with directories that will only contain one
file.
