Well, according to Contents-i386.gz, "IO/File.pm" belogs to perl package,
so I'm afraid you would have to install the whole perl (section
"interpreters"). If you can use ftp and dpkg -i, that's all.
[ In hamm, perl is splitted into "perl-base" and "perl", so probably this
file should be moved from "perl" to "perl-base" ].
