Bug#19457: crypt++el depends on emacs

Package: crypt++el
Version: 2.82-1

This package depends on emacs and thus doesn't work with the new
emacsen-common-blah -scheme. There also seems not be newer/other
version, which would do this. Because some packages have already
been converted to this new scheme, it's impossible to install a
working emacs with most of these extra packages.

System: Debian 2.0 (unstable) / Ix86
