Bug#19305: expect5.24: ldconfig-symlink-before-shlib-in-deb LI#40

Who made this policy?  I disagree with it for two reasons.  First,
shared libraries have traditionally been executable, whether it is
needed or not.  Second, ld creates shared libraries as executable.  If
this truly should be policy, then ld should be changed.

These are all example scripts.  Should they not be compressed?
