I saw the lintian message on debian-devel a few days ago, and proceeded to fix
my packages. I fixed all lintian problems except for non-existant manpages.
I then uploaded the new files to master.

Just today I started getting the emails from the installer saying that the new
versions had been installed into the archive. I think that lintian should
check incoming for newer versions of a package before filing a bug report on
it.

Fixed in -5.

Fixed in -5.

Unfixed, as I haven't learned how to write manpages yet.
