orphaned 3 packages

I've just orphaned 3 of my packages: 

      hyperlatex, latex2rtf, dvi2tty

i.e., I've uploaded them to master with a new maintainer field "Debian QA
Group <debian-qa@lists.debian.org>".

Of course, it would be nice if someone else would take them over. (But I'm
not using these programs--I never did--so I don't mind if they fall out at
freeze time.)
