I am hereby adopting the package w3-el, unless Frederic Lepied speaks
up within the next couple of days. At any rate, I am going to upload
a new version of it that is compatible with the new emacsen-common
interface, with my name as maintainer.
Frederic: If you want it back, then get ahold of me or just upload a
new version yourself. But I kind of doubt whether you really want it,
because you didn't respond to my message earlier and the version
currently in the distribution is pretty old.
[This is the second time sending this message--I screwed up the devel
list address the first time. Sorry.]
