Try not to mention it again, and we'll forget that you asked ;)
(and check if WP hasn't some intentionally incorrectly spelled words in its
dictionary, as Telekom does it with phone books ;)

If it is the same as the original file, how can they check if you used WP at
all? If there are no changes that may be sole to WP's dictionary, how can
they claim something? And at last, are all other documents that run through WP's
spell checkers derived works?
No legal statement from me ;) Was a license included with the software?
