 whole thing arose because someone said we should not package this
 version, and I said there may well be good reasons to package it. OK?

	Please read this thread. The option is *OFF* by default, you
 have to *EXPLICITLY* configure the data recovery key. Once so
 configured, it does not advertize it as well as it should.
