intent to package File::Df Perl module

The File::Df Perl module can be used with the mon program to monitor
free disk space on the server which is running mon.  The package is
available on CPAN in modules/by-module/Df*.  I'd like to package it.  I
figure it should be called libfile-df-perl with section interpreters and
priority optional.

I'll have to contact the author about the copyright, right now it just
says

    This module is copyright 1996, 1997 by Fabien TASSIN.

    This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but
    WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of
    MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

with no mention at all of what you're allowed to do with it.
