viewfax virtual package

Hi,

It seems that there is a need to create a separate package containing the 
viewfax binary from mgetty-fax, so that hylafax users can use it without 
installing mgetty-fax (which they cannot because it conflicts).

It strikes me that the right way of doing this is to create a package 
``mgetty-viewfax'', which provides a ``viewfax'' as a virtual package.

Any objections ?
