I'm not sure about it.
If it only predepends on libc6, nothing prevent to remove libc6 (say when
libc7 is out) thus leaving a non-working mount.
mount DOES depend on libc6 because it's statically linked with it, but it
also DOES pre-depends on it since libc6 must be configured before mount is
installed.
Am I wrong? (If so, please someone point me at the relevant policy section
and tell me what wrong in my example).
