The point is avoiding the user to install libc6 *without*
upgrading emacs also.
If adding a "Conflicts:" header is not the right thing to do, then someone
please write a little document called "Release notes for Debian 2.0"
containing the full list of packages that will stop working if you install
*just* libc6. Would this be ok?
