have to fine tune its regular expressions some day... ]

description-contains-invalid-control-statement
For example, this is invalid:
The TeX program, created by Donald Kunth from Stanford, USA, translates a
.tex file into a .dvi file.
Ok, a point *alone* means an empty line.
But we should not exclude lines beginning with points just for fun.
Why the hell should I reformat that paragraph?
It should be *possible* to have a line starting with a point.
As an example, SMTP uses the point to mark end of mail. Therefore a point
in a single line has to be prefixed by another point, which is then
removed when the mail is being received.
A rule that just forbids something without allowing an *escape*
is a bad designed rule.
I think this policy is silly, and we should change it.
