The build process of libraries can be quite complicated to modify, and any
attempt to get the shared lib in the archive before the symlink still
depends on dpkg-deb's internal behaviour AFAIK.

I think the natural place to solve this error once and for all is to modify
"dpkg-deb -b"'s behaviour by having it store non-symlinks in data.tar first,
and then adding the symlinks to it.
